My birth country in ancient city of Benghazi (بنغازي) in northwestern Libya. My late father, Mr, Hamid Azzam of the blessed memory was a successful Civil engineer, he die two year ego. Death never give me the opportunity to enjoy the comfort of my good home background, as i am writing this now,tears slip down my face each time i remember my condition here and the death of my father, when i least expected and expose me to poor situation of life, i have learn to accept my fate and face the challenges. I am alive giving account of my life experiences saying Bismillah (In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful) who made it possible that i am in Dakar Senegal now. My late father die as a result of heart attacker and it was course by my step mother and his stupid man friend. After my father s death i fail sick and have been receiving treatment in the hospital when rebels suicide bomber attack the hospital that left so many pupil death,i was lucky,just that i was seriously wounded and was rush to another hospital. Days after days due to this shock and having be afraid of loosing my life, i requested for a transfer to another hospital and a country that has pace. I took some of my late father file with me. This is because after his burial, his lawyer handed the brief case to me,but as my situation became more critical every new day with his step wife trying kill me, i had no other choice than to disclose my situation to the NGO s and as (IDP s) they transported me to a one of the most peaceful country in the world (Senegal) for safety because they are without war before and i say Alhamdulillah (All Praise Be To Allah) for keeping me alive till today. To my surprise One of the documents in the file given to me by my late father was a bond certificate of Three million, nine hundred thousand us dollars in one of the leading bank in Africa, (Senegal) of which i am the next of kin to the fund deposit, because in the bond certificates was written that should accident happen to the fund owner (my father) the next of kin would inherit the ($3.9 million) I have try my best to pull this money but because of my health and been hospitalize here i can not do anything. This bank hes requested that i open account with them,since aim not attaining 35 years but i am 24 years right now and due to my current status and position i cannot do it personally now while aim still hospitalize. I have communicated the account officer( manager) of the bank and he said a person with sick status can not transact with them being a clause from AOU and i need that money to be able to regain my normal life out of this hospital. I am also ready to relocate and meet with you once you help me out with all your heart. The bank manager also advised me to appoint a representative on my behalf as trustee partner and inform them so that they will communicate with you on my behalf on the possibilities of claiming the $3.9 million dollars.
