Moussa Faki Mahamat, Chief Executive Officer, legal representative of the AU and the Commission’s Chief Accounting Officer signed an agreement with The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Gutters at United Nations Office to the African Union (UNOAU) on November 16, 2019, for support to the implementation of the UN-AU partnership in peace, security and compensation fund to any person that have been a victims of any of these crime,Sexual Abuse & Rape victims, Child Abuse victims, Cyber-crime and online fraud victims, Sexual harassment victims , Murder or manslaughter victims. The agreement will be implemented from November 2020 to December 2025.
