Mailtext

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Clifford Jose, and I am a private counselor-at-law in London. I am reaching out regarding a former client of mine, Mr. Robert Fitzpatrick, an American who worked as a consultant with Shell UK Ltd.
Tragically, Mr. Fitzpatrick lost his life in the crash of Egypt Air Flight 990, which plunged into the Atlantic Ocean on October 31st, 1999. He left behind no will or named beneficiary, despite having deposited a substantial sum of money with a security company.
Despite extensive efforts to locate any surviving family members or next of kin, I have been unsuccessful. As a result, I am contacting you for assistance in claiming these funds before they are declared unclaimed or confiscated by the financial institution holding them.
The amount involved is valued at $21 million USD. The financial institution has issued a final notice, requesting that a next of kin be presented to claim the funds. With your consent, I would like to legally present you as the beneficiary of Mr. Fitzpatrick's estate. I am in possession of all relevant legal documentation to support this claim.
Should you agree to assist me, we will proceed under a legitimate and lawful arrangement that will fully protect you. The distribution of the funds would be as follows: 40% for you, in consideration of providing a foreign account, 50% for me, and the remaining 10% reserved for expenses incurred during the process.
All I require is your trust, sincerity, and cooperation. Please let me know at your earliest convenience if you are willing to proceed.
Sincerely,
Barrister Clifford Jose
