Good day, I am called Alexandra. I'm trying this method of meeting people for the first time, so I'm curious about how to communicate properly. I decided that the main thing is to stay genuine and open.
Life has turned out so that I am currently far from home, and I live in another country — Moldova. Recently, I lost a loved one - my beloved man, who served in the army and died for our safety. It was a difficult time for me, and sometimes I feel like things are not going well — it's hard to begin anew.
My dream is to meet someone special for a shared future. I am calm and kind-hearted, value honesty and simplicity. I love nature, books, and cozy evenings. Overall, I dream of moving far across the ocean — to the USA or Canada.
Please take my message seriously. If you are not genuinely interested — it’s better not to reply. I dislike frivolous jokes and especially inappropriate proposals.
If you also seek sincerity and understand that life can be different — let’s try to get acquainted.
Perhaps together we can support each other or achieve our goals? It’s never too late to change. We can try doing it together... I look forward to your reply!!!

Hello I would be very glad if you wrote me your name. It will be easier to communicate :)

Thank you so much for responding to my letter—it made me truly happy to hear from you!
Just to remind you, my name is Alexandra, though you can simply call me Alexa.

You live in such a beautiful region of Germany – I’ve heard about North Rhine-Westphalia and how cozy and peaceful the lifestyle is there. I think your town of Ratingen has a special atmosphere, where it’s nice to just walk, look at the streets and breathe fresh air.

Your work as an optician seems very important and noble to me. Not just to help people see better, but also to help them feel more confident, more beautiful, to give them joy and self-confidence. This is a real mission. You write about it with such warmth – it feels like you are a person who loves your job and respects people. This is rare and very valuable.

You told me that you became a widower. I am very sorry for your loss… Losing a loved one is one of the hardest wounds. But it is so important that you were able to learn to enjoy life again, to open up to new encounters and allow yourself to dream. This speaks of your inner strength and kindness.

I liked the way you write about your children. You must be a very good father, since they still feel close and connected to you even as adults. It is a great fortune to have such a family.

I recently saw your email in my Junk mail folder. Could you please add me to your contacts, so my future letters reach you safely?

I live in Chisinau, the capital of Moldova. Have you heard of this place? It’s a small country that borders Ukraine.
As I’ve mentioned, I am a widow, and I have no children.

I was born on July 15th, I’m 37, 171 cm tall, and weigh about 61 kg.

War brought chaos into my life.
My husband, who was everything to me, my love and my support, went to the front and never came back, leaving me alone in grief.
Shortly after, my father also died on the battlefield.

These losses devastated me, but they also made me stronger. I’ve learned to face sorrow and keep living.
Now, I wish for a life filled with joy, love, and peace.

At the moment, I am completely single.

I work as an office employee, and this job, though simple, gives me a sense of stability and helps me deal with the pain. I’ve been working there for about a year now.

I don’t drink or smoke. Staying healthy has become very important to me, especially when I face life on my own.

Although I studied accounting, I haven’t yet found a position in that field here in Chisinau. Perhaps I’ll share more with you about that later.

Do you have any questions for me? I’d love to get to know you better and hear more about your life. I think it could be a beautiful journey.

I’ve attached a few photos of myself.

Warm wishes,
Alexandra.
Hello, did you get my letter?
Hello!

It’s me again—your Alexa. You have chosen a wonderful profession - to help people see the world clearly and enjoy life. I think being an optician is not only about the ability to select glasses, but also about the ability to support a person, to give them attention and care. This is very valuable.

Your words about your spouse touched me. I understand how difficult it is to lose someone who was the closest, who shared every day. You are a very strong person, since you were able to keep love in your heart and at the same time open up to the world again. This is a great example of wisdom and courage.

You told me about your hobbies, and this is also very close to me. Walks in the fresh air, bike rides, cozy evenings with friends - all this gives strength and makes life real. And your words about cooking make me smile - I also have a dream of trying new recipes and delighting someone with my dishes.

I wanted to open up a bit more about my past, so you can better understand what life has brought me through. As I’ve already mentioned, the war took away both my father and my husband. After experiencing such heartbreaking losses, my mother and I moved to Moldova, which I’ve told you a little about. Once here, I focused on starting fresh. I found work and began to rebuild my life, trying to leave behind the pain of the past. And I believe with all my heart that it was the right choice.

Now, I live alone in a small but cozy studio apartment that I rent. It may be modest, but it has everything I need to feel at peace. I’ll share some photos with you soon so you can see where I live.

My marriage lasted five years, and since my husband’s passing, I haven’t had another serious relationship. But I feel ready now—to meet someone who can bring joy into my life, someone I can also make happy. Do you feel the same? I believe a sincere, loving relationship could make life feel whole again.

I never thought I’d try online dating, but a friend of mine, now living happily in the U.S., encouraged me to take this step. She moved from Italy three years ago, found love, and never looked back. She believes I should keep moving forward too, and not be afraid.

You are the first person I’ve truly connected with online, and this is something new and meaningful for me. My friends have shown me that real love can be found even here, and they’ve inspired me to take this chance.

As I’ve mentioned, my mother is 65 now. She’s come to terms with losing my father and has chosen to live her life with strength and hope. She’s even found someone who makes her happy, and I can see that her heart is in love. I’m so glad for her—she deserves joy, not sorrow.

I do my best to stay active. I go swimming or join fitness classes a couple of times a week—it helps me stay in shape and feel alive.

Now I’d love to hear more about you. What brings happiness to your life? Share anything with me—I’m listening.

Warm regards,
Your Alexandra.
