Have you ever been to Manchester? (it is in the north-West). Manchester is a very lovely city built upon the once famous cotton industry. The mill owners were so proud of their city - Manchester, that they spent all their wealth here in building superb architecture (in the 19th century), which a good many of the buildings still survive today. Manchester is the 3rd city in England.
