Having received your response with the required information as directed, I hereby write to first acknowledge the receipt and also to direct you on the way forward. Although you omitted to send your contact address,and copy of your ID, I advise you go ahead and send them as it will be important to attach it in your file which I have already opened in your names. However, we shall proceed immediately as I will commence on the procurement of some other vital legal documents which will be in your names as the new beneficiary to the said fund. Note, we will need to obtain / procure legal documents in your names such as the Change Of Ownership Certificate, An Affidavit Of Claim that will be sworn in your names, Prove Of Ownership Certificate, Court Approval Order and all other legal documents that will be required by the bank. All of these legal documents as you know will cost us money. Having said this, we shall most importantly sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and you will hold a copy while I hold the other copy, this will be for mutual understanding between both of us. In it, we shall harmonize the sharing ratio which I have already agreed on my own that it will be 50% to each an every one of us. I mean it will be at the ratio of 50 to 50 in all. Also the expenses will as well be shared in the same manner, meaning that you will take / bear part of the expenses while i bear the other part.
